In Zoho Challenge, you can setup tests that can be taken up based on individual code inputs. Of course you can also send encoded (random) urls to email ids - so that candidates can be uniquely identified without requiring a user id / password! Choose to generate a question paper with random questions picked from a question bank, choose to randomize the order of a fixed set of questions, or even the choices within the questions. Group related questions into sections, and have multiple sections per question paper. You can also choose to have the question paper proceed one section at a time.
Manual evaluation is available for descriptive and fill up questions. You can re-evaluate questions multiple times. Answer keys can be stored and displayed to aid objective manual evaluation.
